Someone decides to dispute a $1.49 charge on their credit card because they (or someone else) bought an app that they didn't like or want.
Here's an idea - instead of DISPUTING a $1.49 CHARGE, why don't you hit the REFUND button. That's why it's there.
That would be ok if it didn't cost the developer a $3 CHARGEBACK ASSESSMENT FEE BY GOOGLE because they don't investigate charges under $10.
I don't know who I'm more pissed at. The person who disputed the charge OR Google.
Tell you what, if you have an app that I developed, and you don't like it or just *really* don't want to lose $1.49, email me, and I'll send you the money via Paypal. Trust me, it'd be cheaper for me.
