Slowly it seems like Google is creeping into every possible space in the computing and Internet world. The latest product is Google Buzz. If I had to try to explain it, I'd say it's Facebook without all of the extra crap, and Twitter without that 155 character posting limit. It's tied into Picasa for pictures and Youtube for videos (from what I can tell). If you post on Twitter, Buzz pulls your tweets onto your Buzz feed. And the post I'm writing now will be pulled there too.
Some of the elements of Buzz (the dropdown button next to the Comment button) look like Google Wave. Maybe this is Google rolling Wave out in pieces. Who knows. But I do like having this stuff in one tab under Gmail. Maybe now I can wean myself off of Farmville.
